The Bolenna

The Bolenna

"Hotel was beautiful, breakfasts were amazing and the overall atmosphere has made us say we will definitely book again next year rather than going abroad."

Hawkmoth Garden Suite

A decadent kaleidoscope of colour; the ultra-romantic Hawkmoth suite has everything you could wish for in understated luxury and charm for your precious shared time away.

Dragonfly Garden Suite

In a quiet corner of the hotel in an enclosed garden space is our Dragonfly suite. Your own French windows open onto the coastal style private outdoor area that in turn leads to the Hidden Garden where you can have your breakfast served as an alternative to eating in the restaurant or meadow garden.

Painted in lush greens and Navy, The Damselfly has a large single window overlooking the park and tennis courts. The newly appointed en-suite bathroom

The largest of the upstairs rooms, The Lacewing is bright, airy and spacious with two windows overlooking Bolenna park and one of our signature superking sized beds.

The most intimate of our rooms is the Butterfly. Designed to maximise comfort for a single traveller or for shorter stays for couples, The Butterfly room has a King sized bed, a new en-suite shower room, a small fridge so that we can stock you up with your favourite drinks, snacks and daily milk change.

"What a lovely little hotel, extremely helpful and welcoming staff, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable"

last call for poldark tours

After eight years sitting at the zenith of Poldark related tourism, we have decided 2023 will be Karen’s final year of touring guests around Cornwall’s outstanding landscapes, tourist attractions and show stopping filming locations.

This also means that any and all visits to Nampara (pictured) will cease after 2023, as it is a location Karen has exclusive access to. So if seeing Nampara and experiencing Karen’s expertise and charm first hand is on your Poldark bucket list, this will likely be the final opportunity to do so.

Places are limited for next year, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch, it would b wonderful to see you all –
