Living in Cornwall for well over 30 years, Karen and her daughters; Liv and Holly have made Perranporth their home since 2006.  Holly’s daughters; Maya and Ruby are the youngest of this three generation dynasty and have an active part in shaping its future.  

Bucking a growing trend for characterless accommodation, Karen’s vision was to give guests a special experience to rival any of the expensive or established independent hotels. Set in luxurious eclectic surroundings with an emphasis on comfort, sustainability and relaxation, garnished with unpretentious, fabulous food and washed down with the best wines, beers and cocktails. 

Our extended family team of like-minded friends and colleagues help us grow and evolve. Some have been family friends for decades and others have been customers and guests, who just can’t stay away,… and we don’t want them to.
